Whether you are an RPS DI Group member*, an RPS member, or not a member of either, you may pay for all events at the door, by buying either a Season Ticket for the remainder of the year, or a day ticket for just that event. However, we now offer the facility for all members and non members to pre-book places at our events. This is how it works:
You can buy a Season Ticket before an event, and this assures you of a seat at that event and all events for the remainder of the year. However, it will help if Season Ticket holders could drop us an email to say if they are coming (
) , so that we can judge how many day tickets we can offer.

Please send a cheque for the number of tickets you require along with your name, the names of any others for whom you are buying tickets, address, RPS membership number(s) where applicable, and email address, and make it clear which event you are booking for, and whether you are a DI Group member*. You will receive acknowledgement by email. If you prefer us to post your ticket(s) to you, please include a stamped self-addressed envelope (allow 5 days).
Refunds: If you are unable to come, and don't tell us before the event, we will not normally offer refunds; however, we will look sympathetically at each situation. Refunds requested at least 2 days before the event will normally be granted.
If you are a new attendee and would like to speed things up at the desk on arrival, it would help if you could print off and fill in an New Attendee form (PDF), and bring it to your first meeting. This is also a convenient way of making sure that our information on any attendee is complete and up to date.
* You are an RPS DI Group member only if you are an RPS member and you also pay the Digital Imaging Group supplement (currently £15.00 per annum)
