| Membership of the Thames Valley Digital Imaging Group is automatic for all who are paid-up members of both the Royal Photographic Society and of the Digital Imaging Group of the RPS. However, you don't have to be an RPS or DIG member to come to our meetings; all are welcome.
A fee is payable, by both members and non members, to attend meetings. We also have a 'Season Ticket' arrangement , available to both members and non members, to reduce the cost for those who attend regularly. All fees charged are to cover cost of running the Group and its meetings.
Non members may not participate at the AGM, and may not hold a committee post (except an ex officio position).

- All meetings are full day - 10.30am to 3.30pm approximately, with lunch break
- Tariff A will usually include a distinguished visiting speaker.
- Tariff B will usually be a day presented by in-house speakers, an interactive workshop, or a competition event.
- A pro-rata Season Ticket rate will apply to those joining part way through the year.
- In rare circumstances, a small additional charge for 'Pay As You Go' attendees may be levied to cover exceptional costs incurred by a speaker. This will be identified in advance of the meeting.
